A Refreshing Approach to Connecting with your Clients.
Touch of Tonic was born from a simple observation: wellness studios offer transformation, but too often, dealing with them feels transactional.
I've seen studios full of passion and purpose, where the booking process, the follow-up message, or the new-client journey didn't reflect the care and humanity of what actually happens inside the room. I started Touch of Tonic to close that gap, helping studios build a client experience as good as the experience they already deliver in person.
Who I Am
My name is Stephanie and i've stood on both sides of the studio.
I'm a qualified instructor and wellness studio owner myself, so I know exactly what it's like to run a busy studio, manage bookings, and try to build a loyal client base, all while wearing every other hat in the business. This isn't theory for me. I've lived the "always-available" life, the late-night admin, and the small inconsistencies that creep in when you're holding it all together solo.
Before that, I spent 12 years in corporate marketing and customer experience roles, working across wellness, retail, hospitality, and pharmaceuticals on a global scale. I've seen how some of the Ireland's most client-focused businesses build loyalty deliberately, and I've seen what goes wrong when they don't.
Touch of Tonic exists in the space between those two worlds for me — global marketing and experience insight, applied at real wellness studio scale.
Who I Work With
I support studio owners who care as much about their clients as they do about their craft, including:
-
Pilates and Reformer Pilates studios
-
Yoga, movement, and breathwork spaces
-
Wellness practitioners with a passion for connection
Whether you're a single-practitioner studio or a growing team, the approach is the same: understand how things actually work today, and make them work better for you, for your team and for every client who walks through your door.
